After going to the shrine this morning I went back to the hotel to set my things and go find something to eat. I have to mention last night we saw that there were electrical stairs to go up to the shrine. I had never seen anything like that, so decided to go first thing in the morning.
Back to the hotel, I wrote some notes to remember later, and went out. As the electrical slide closed, I turned around and asked the lady at the front desk if there was a place she suggested for breakfast.
She said ‘”Well, of course that would be our restaurant on the 9th floor. You can buy a ticket here and eat very well for a reasonable price.”
I did as she said and took the elevator, where I met a lady that told me the food was very savory.
It was indeed a very delicious and healthy food with a good view of the city .
The interaction between doves in the buildings across made think of sometimes we might get attached too much to one thing, one place, one person, one situation.
There were a lot of doves flying here flying there. But there was one that never moved from it’s roof. I guess it was warm, though it was of course not the only spot with sunlight.
Other doves would stop on the same roof and it would chase them away. Some took short some took longer to change roof, and then I thought that specific dove was in it’s comfort zone. Not even trying to take a risk to go anywhere else and not wanting any dove in its space. Lol
Sometimes we are like in a way, and I think that as we grow older we either go to take “extreme” risks or stay stuck and become part of the scenery.
Wishing you a wonderful day!
